Return Policy for Technotus Global

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Perishable items, such as fresh produce, dairy, and frozen goods, cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

2. Timeframe for Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at technotusglobal@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Refund or Exchange:

  • Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • If the return is approved, you will be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to gift cards, downloadable software, and personalized or perishable goods.

6. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is a result of our error or a defective product.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the return shipping costs.

8. Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
